Graduate School of Interdisciplinary Intellectual Property Laws
Program in Interdisciplinary Intellectual Property Laws (Master’s Course)

Accompanying the rapid pace of technological innovation and borderlessness of corporate activities, the volume of intellectual property disputes has also been rising significantly. At present, the majority of graduate schools with programs in the field of intellectual property rights are grounded on engineering, but the educational orientation of our school is based on the study of law. The goal is to train individuals who possess the ability to create, protect, and utilize intellectual property, and resolve disputes regarding intellectual property. We provide an education that should meet the needs not only of law graduates, but of students with a diverse range of backgrounds including business administration, economics, and engineering.
