Professor Kunihiro selected as a Fellow of the AIA

It has been revealed that the American Institute of Architects (AIA) College of Fellows is set to select Professor George Kunihiro of the Architecture course in Kokushikan's School of Science and Engineering as a Fellow (FAIA).

The reason for Professor Kunihiro's selection is given as "contribution to architecture education."

The AIA is a professional organization for architects with a membership of 86,000 spanning America, Europe and Asia. Less than 2,600 of these members (3%) have been honored with the title of FAIA.
