As a result of globalization and the information revolution, our contemporary society faces complex interdisciplinary legal issues. The aim of the Graduate School of Law is to teach the latest legal knowledge and negotiating skills and to foster highly skilled legal professionals. The Graduate School welcomes a wide variety of mid-career students, providing them with a grounding in legal theory. A number of our graduates have also gone on to receive certication as tax accountants.法ほう学がく研けん究きゅう科かでは、学がく部ぶ教きょう育いくで学まなんだ基き礎その上うえに、より高こう度どの法ほう理り論ろんおよび実じつ務む理り論ろんを習しゅう得とく、研けん究きゅうします。実じっ社しゃ会かいにおいては、社しゃ会かい経けい済ざい環かん境きょうの複ふく雑ざつ化か・情じょう報ほう化か・国こく際さい化かにともない、特とく殊しゅで複ふく雑ざつな分ぶん野や横おう断だん型がたの法ほう律りつ問もん題だいが提てい起きされる機き会かいが増ぞう加かしています。法ほう学がく研けん究きゅう科かはこのような時じ代だい、社しゃ会かいの要よう請せいに応こたえて、最さい新しんの法ほう知ち識しきや交こう渉しょう能のう力りょくを備そなえた人じん材ざいや、専せん門もん的てきな法ほう理り論ろんや実じつ務む理り論ろんを研けん究きゅうして、法ほう的てき業ぎょう務むに従じゅう事じする高こう度ど職しょく業ぎょう人にんを養よう成せいすることを目もく標ひょうとしています。現げん在ざい、税ぜい務む、契けい約やく、企き業ぎょう法ほう務む、犯はん罪ざい・非ひ行こう問もん題だいその他たの法ほう的てき仕し事ごとに従じゅう事じしている職しょく業ぎょう人にんについては、社しゃ会かい人じん学がく生せいとして幅はば広ひろく受うけ入いれ、法ほう理り論ろん的てきな事じ務む処しょ理り能のう力りょくを身みにつけるよう指し導どうします。修了しゅうりょう生せいの中なかには、税ぜい理り士しの資し格かくを取しゅ得とくした学がく生せいも多た数すういます。
