Withtherapid globalizationof economicactivitiesinrecent years, wehaveentered an era where managerial resources, such as people, goods, funds,andinformation, freelytraversenational borders.Insuch an eraasthis,companiesdonotautomaticallyguaranteeextensivecareers as they did in earlier times. What working adults need todayis employability and skills that are in demand, and these need to be developed on campus during the four years of university study. TheFaculty of Business offers career education throughout its curriculumandequipsstudents withtheskills neededtobesocially and vocationally independentthroughouttheir livesbyfurtherenhancing their credentials at their own initiative after graduation. Educational GoalsInthe knowledge-basedsocietyofthe 21stcentury, thecorporate environment isconstantly changing.TheFacultyofBusinessaimstohavestudents mastercore skillsforbusinesspeople throughpractical courseswheretheyengage indevelopingandtestinghypotheses. In addition,our businessadministration education fosters diligence and altruism,traditional Japanese virtues that have come into decline.Drawing on the model of “core skills for working adults” set forth by Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Kokushikan’s “core skills for businesspeople” refers to the core business knowledge andskillsneeded to beanoutstandingexecutiveintoday’s businesscommunity.TheeducationalphilosophyofKokushikanismasteryof “sincerity, industriousness,insight,andspiritual strength,” which istheuniversity’s precept, through ceaselessly pursuing thethreeprinciplesof “reading,experience, and reection”.Thisphilosophy canbe recastintoday’sparlanceasdevelopingtheability to takeaction, tothinkmattersthrough,and to engage in teamwork—thethree core skillsfor workingadults—through “reading,experience,and reection.” With an eye to training up well-rounded professionals, the Faculty ofBusiness offerscareer education throughout itscurriculum and equips students with the skills needed to be sociallyand vocationally independent by further enhancing their credentialsat their own initiative after graduation. 学部の特色きぎょうけいえいかんりろんじつむけいえいかんりのうりょくいしけっていのうりょくそうごうてきのうりょくやしなきぎょうかんりしゃこうしじっせんてきこうざかいせつ経けい営えい学がく部ぶは、昭しょう和わ37年ねん（1962年ねん）に設せっ置ちされた政せい経けい学がく部ぶ経けい営えい学がっ科かを母ぼ体たいとして平へい成せい23年ねんより学がく部ぶとして独どく立りつしたものです。近きん年ねん、経けい済ざい活かつ動どうのグローバル化かが急きゅう速そくに進すすみ、ヒト・モノ・カネ・情じょう報ほうといった経けい営えい資し源げんが国こっ境きょうを越こえて自じ由ゆうに移い動どうする時じ代だいとなりました。このような時じ代だいにおいては、会かい社しゃはかつてのようにキャリアを自じ動どう的てきには保ほ証しょうしてくれません。いま求もとめられているのは、個こ々こ人じんの就しゅう業ぎょう力りょく（雇こ用ようされる可か能のう性せい、選えらばれる能のう力りょく）であり、1年ねん生せいから4年ねん生せいまでのキャンパス・ライフにおいて育いく成せいされる必ひつ要ようがあります。けいえいがくぶ企業経営に関する理論と実務から経営管理能力と意思決定能力まで総合的なマネジメント能力を養います。また、企業の管理者を講師とした実践的な講座も開設しています。 学びの目的経けい済ざいのグローバル化かが急きゅう速そくに進すすむなか、日に本ほんおよび日に本ほんの企き業ぎょうを取とり巻まく環かん境きょうは大おおきく変かわりつつあります。経けい営えい学がく部ぶでは、21世せい紀き「知ち識しき基き盤ばん社しゃ会かい」において絶たえず変へん化かする企き業ぎょう環かん境きょうの中なかで、仮か説せつと検けん証しょうを繰くり返かえし行おこなう実じっ践せん的てきな科か目もくによって「ビジネス人じん基き礎そ力りょく」の習しゅう得とくを目め指ざすと共ともに、ともすれば失うしなわれがちになってきた日に本ほん人じんの勤きん勉べん・利り他たの精せい神しんを涵かん養ようするための経けい営えい学がく教きょう育いくをおこないます。ビジネス人じん基き礎そ力りょくとは、経けい済ざい産さん業ぎょう省しょうの提てい言げんによる社しゃ会かい人じん基き礎そ力りょくを念ねん頭とうに置おきながら、ビジネス社しゃ会かいで活かつ躍やくできる優すぐれたビジネス人じんとなるための基き礎そ的てきなビジネス知ち識しき・能のう力りょくのことです。国こく士し舘かん大だい学がくの教きょう育いく理り念ねんは、学まなぶ者ものみずからが不ふ断だんの「読どく書しょ・体たい験けん・反はん省せい」の三さん綱こう領りょうを実じっ践せんしつつ、「誠せい意い・勤きん労ろう・見けん識しき・気き魄はく」の四よん徳とく目もくを涵かん養ようすることです。これを現げん代だい的てきに表ひょう現げんし直なおせば、まさに社しゃ会かい人じん基き礎そ力りょくとして必ひつ要ようとされる「前まえに踏ふみ出だす力ちから、考かんがえ抜ぬく力ちから、チームで働はたらく力ちから」を読どく書しょ・体たい験けん・反はん省せいを通つうじて身みにつけることといえるでしょう。経けい営えい学がく部ぶでは、幅はば広ひろい職しょく業ぎょう人じん養よう成せい」を目め指ざしてカリキュラム全ぜん体たいにキャリア教きょう育いくの狙ねらいを込こめて、卒そつ業ぎょう後ごにおいて自みずからの資し質しつを向こう上じょうさせ、社しゃ会かい的てき及および職しょく業ぎょう的てき自じ立りつを図るはかための必ひつ要ような能のう力りょくの育いく成せいに全ぜん力りょくを尽つくします。Department of Business　［経けい営えい学がっ科科か］］経営学部では、りりんせいそなけいえいがくけいえいがくとくしょくたかぶもくこまひょうしゅうとく経営学部の特色は、高い倫理性を備えたうえで「ビジネス人基礎力」の習得を目標としたきめの細かな経営学教育を行うことにあります。そのために、ゼミナールなどで少人数のグループワークや、プレゼンテーションを重視しています。じんきそりょくきょういくおこなしょうにんずうじゅうし「
