The ability to correctly interpret and applylaws requires dialecticalandrhetorical skills that canattest to their social utility. In this department, emphasis is placed on creating a space in which to learnthese skills viatheSocratic method, andtotrain fortheirpracticalandsocial application through moot courts and legal debates.
