As a result of globalization and the information revolution, our contemporary society faces complex interdisciplinary legal issues. The aim of the Graduate School of Law is to teach the latest legal knowledge and negotiating skills and to foster highly skilled legal professionals. The Graduate School welcomes a wide variety of mid-career students, providing them with a grounding in legal theory. A number of our graduates have also gone on to receive certication as tax accountants.法ほうがく学研けんきゅうか究科では、学がくぶ部教きょういく育で学まなんだ基き礎その上うえに、より高こうど度の法ほうりろん理論および実じつむ務理りろん論を習しゅうとく得、研けんきゅう究します。実じっ社しゃかい会においては、社しゃかい会経けいざい済環かんきょう境の複ふくざつか雑化・情じょうほうか報化・国こくさいか際化にともない、特とくしゅ殊で複ふくざつ雑な分ぶんや野横おうだんがた断型の法ほうりつ律問もんだい題が提ていき起される機きかい会が増ぞうか加しています。法ほうがく学研けんきゅうか究科はこのような時じだい代、社しゃかい会の要ようせい請に応こたえて、最さいしん新の法ほう知ちしき識や交こうしょう渉能のうりょく力を備そなえた人じん材ざいや、専せんもんてき門的な法ほう理りろん論や実じつむ務理りろん論を研けんきゅう究して、法ほうてき的業ぎょうむ務に従じゅうじ事する高こうど度職しょくぎょうにん業人を養ようせい成することを目もくひょう標としています。現げんざい在、税ぜいむ務、契けいやく約、企きぎょう業法ほうむ務、犯はんざい罪・非ひ行こう問もん題だいその他たの法ほうてき的仕しごと事に従じゅうじ事している職しょくぎょうにん業人については、社しゃかいじん会人学がくせい生として幅はば広ひろく受うけ入いれ、法ほう理りろんてき論的な事じむ務処しょり理能のうりょく力を身みにつけるよう指しどう導します。卒そつぎょうせい業生の中なかには、税ぜいりし理士の資しかく格を取しゅとく得した学がくせい生も多た数すういます。
