History of Sports Law and Policyスポーツ法政策史3 ～ 4Civil Law (Tort) A不法行為法ALaws provide the rules indispensable to civil life. The ability of correctly interpreting and applying laws requires argumentative and rhetorical skills that can attest to their social utility. In this de-partment an emphasis is placed on providing a place for learning these skills via the Socratic method, and training for their practical and social applications in moot courts and legal debate. The aim is to cultivate legal reasoning and decision-making ability with a view towards training legal specialists. People with a legal education are in demand in a number of professional elds, and our gradu-ates are active in legal circles, government, and business.法ほうりつ律とは社しゃかい会生せいかつ活に不ふかけつ可欠なルールを定さだめたものです。法ほうを正せいとう当に解かいしゃく釈し適てきよう用するためには、社しゃかいてき会的な妥だとうせい当性を証しょうめい明する論ろんぽう法や説せっとくじゅつ得術が必ひつよう要です。本ほんがっか学科では、その訓くんれん練の場ばとして「対たいわ話教きょういく育」に重じゅうてん点をおき、さらに「模もぎ擬裁さいばん判」や「法ほうりつ律討とうろんかい論会」などを実じっし施して、具ぐたいてき体的かつ実じっ社しゃかい会に即そくして学まなびます。その中なかで時じだい代の流ながれに対たいおう応できる法ほうてき的思しこうりょく考力と判はんだんりょく断力を養やしない、法ほうの専せんもん門知ちしき識をもったスペシャリストの育いくせい成を目めざ指します。法ほうりつ律知ちしき識を備そなえた人じんざい材は幅はばひろ広い職しょくしゅ種で求もとめられており、卒そつぎょうご業後の進しんろ路は法ほうそうかい曹界、公こうむいん務員から民みんかん間企きぎょう業まで多たさい彩です。
