Introduction to Research and Development研究開発プロジェクト基礎Fundamentals of Robot Engineering基礎ロボット工学Focusing on science and technology in the increasingly diverse and sophisticated society of the 21st century, the School of Science and Engineering pursues more profound and thorough education through the new “one department, six elds” system. The Mechani-cal Engineering course fosters highly creative human resources who can form the backbone of industrial society through practical, project-oriented classes providing hands-on experience of mechan-ical engineering, which forms the basis of machine manufactur- ing. The Electronics and Informatics course teaches the basics of electronic engineering and information engineering to foster techni- cians who can respond exibly to new technologies and needs to create a pleasant environment. The Architecture course teaches creative design skills, knowledge of technologies, urban and region-al architecture, and living environment and architectural design to foster highly adaptive human resources. The Civil Engineering and Urban Design course aims to cultivate planners, designers and en-gineers who will contribute to the next generation. The Health and Medical Engineering course teaches basic knowledge of medical care and engineering to foster human resources who can serve in various medical elds such as development of medical and welfare equipment and management of medical information. The Math- ematics and Science course provides students with comprehensive scientic understanding based on themes such as “Mathematics,” “From Elementary Particles to the Universe,” and “The Earth” fos-tering the ability to apply it exibly.多たようか様化・高こうどか度化する21世せいき紀の理りこうがく工学を見み据すえて、理りこう工学がっか科では、1 学がっか科6学がく系けいという新あたらしい教きょう育いくシステムで、より深しんか化、より充じゅうじつ実した教きょういく育を展てんかい開していきます。「機きかい械工こうがく学系けい」では、プロジェクト式しき教きょういく育形けいしき式の実じっしゅう習授じゅぎょう業を通つうじ、機きかい械製せいぞう造の基きそ礎である機きかい械工こうがく学について具ぐたいてき体的に体たいとく得し、工こうぎょう業社しゃかい会を支ささえることのできる創そう造ぞう性せい豊ゆたかな人じんざい材を育いくせい成します。「電でんし子情じょうほうがく報学系けい」では、電でんし子工こうがく学と情じょうほう報工こうがく学の基きそ礎を学まなび、新しんぎじゅつ技術やニーズに柔じゅうなん軟に対たいおう応し、快かいてき適な環かんきょう境を創そうぞう造できる技ぎじゅつしゃ術者を育いくせい成します。「建けんちくがく築学系けい」では、創そうぞうてき造的なデザイン力りょく、技ぎじゅつ術に関かんする知ち識しき、都とし市や地ちいき域の建けんちく築、住じゅう環かんきょう境と建けんちく築設せっけい計など学まなび、応おうようりょく用力を身みにつけた人じんざい材を育いくせい成します。次じせだい世代のまちづくりを担になうプランナーやデザイナー、エンジニアを育いく成せいし、都とし市やまちに暮くらす人ひとたちの笑えがお顔をつくりだすこと。それが、「まちづくり学がくけい系」の目もくてき的です。「健けんこうい康医工こうがく学系けい」では、医いりょう療・工こうがく学の基きそ礎知ちしき識を学まなび、医いりょう療・福ふくし祉機きき器の開かいはつ発、医いりょう療情じょうほう報の管かんり理など、様さまざま々な医いりょう療分ぶんや野で幅はば広ひろく活かつ躍やくできる人じんざい材を育いくせい成します。「基きそ礎理りがく学系けい」では、「数すうがく学」「素そりゅうし粒子から宇うちゅう宙へ」「地ちきゅう球」などをテーマに、科かがく学を総そうごうてき合的に理りかい解し、柔じゅうなん軟に応おうよう用する力ちからを学まなびます。
