Placement Center

The Career Formation Support Center provides meticulous employment assistance so that students can all find appropriate employment that matches their abilities and personalities. To these ends, Career Formation Support Center offices have been established at all three campuses, and each one is furnished with an abundance of the latest employment information and materials. At the consultation counters, Career Formation Support Center staffs provide highly detailed advice to answer job-hunting uncertainties and worries, and assist with the preparation of career plans.

The Career Formation Support Center provides 20 computer terminals which students can use to collect corporate employment information. These terminals also provide access to a database maintained by the university listing firms seeking employees and presenting general corporate information on 500,000 companies, which is widely used by students researching enterprises. Additionally, the Career Formation Support Center devotes its energies to preliminary educational programs which prepare students for job hunting, beginning with step-by-step career guidance whereby students analyze themselves, conduct industry research, study tactics for written and interview-format employment examinations and otherwise learn whatever they need to find employment while developing their individual personalities. Other job search preparation programs include internships, training camp seminars, mock interview seminars, and meetings where multiple firms present their recruitment messages.
