Interdisciplinary Intellectual Property Laws

Introduction

Accompanying the rapid pace of technological innovation and increasing borderlessness of corporate activity, the volume of intellectual property disputes has also been rising significantly. At present, the majority of graduate schools with programs in the field of intellectual property rights are grounded in engineering, but the educational orientation of our school is based in the study of law. The goal is to train individuals who possess the ability to create, protect, and utilize intellectual property as well as resolve disputes regarding intellectual property. We provide an education that should meet the needs not only of law graduates, but of students from a diverse range of backgrounds including business administration, economics, and engineering.
